If your selected fish is unavailable or unfit for shipping, we’ll notify you promptly. You may then choose a similar replacement or cancel the order for a full refund.
Delivery Policy:
We currently do not offer home delivery. Customers must collect their parcel from the nearest designated pickup point (bus stand or railway station) as per shipment details.
To ensure your fish arrive alive and healthy, please collect your order as soon as possible. Delays may increase the risk of receiving stressed, unhealthy, or deceased fish.
